Technical information OF AEO SYSTEM ON 5^th JUN 2018

To All AEO Users,

Please be informed that there is the information to rectify the issues on CS Upload and Download process.

Please follows the steps below,

(1) Please confirm Java version in your Windows 7 PC ,if your Java version is 8 above ,please downgrade to Java 7.

(2) Default Secure Protocols should be TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 ,please refer this URL to set TLS to your Windows7 PC.
